today i made a terible mistake which i wish i had not done .i feel very upset.i regret to played table tennies instead went to self-study class.

now i want to apologized to my teacher and my parents for what i did today.because i know that what i have done was the last thing i was supposed to do.i should not have made the diference between other student in my class .i konw that i should have learned something instead of played .that is the reason why i should take the responsibilities.The most important thing is what i did that made a bad influnce on other student in my class .futhermore i have destoried

the discipline of the school ,evenworse the chinese education system will not as the same wonderful as usual after what i did!

So i realized my mistake .and i think i should be punished .at last

i hope i will not do that again.

关于此次错误，因为一些客观的原因是我力不所及。因此我只能充分地创造条件，例如积极去熟悉手机操作等方式来尽量避免。但在这许多主观方面的意识与原因上，我认为我有必要做极其深刻的反省和改正，如下：

第一，今后无论是学习的任何通告与相关考试通知，我都要提起十分的重视。我不光要积极关注学校校讯通发到手机上的信息通知，还应该细心去观察宿舍楼的`黑板报通知。

第二，因为我个人危机意识不强是间接导致此次错误的原因之一，因此今后我要加强自己危机意识的培养。就我这次的错误而言，归根结底来说。英语四级考试的规定时间大约都是在每年的四月份前后，而我在这段时间还没有报名，我居然没有足够的危机感和紧张感，这就说明我的个人危机意识是多么的薄弱。通过这次教训，今后我会认真地意识危机的存在，去学习去体会“居安思危”的危机意识。
